Terms and conditions

1.  The gift certificates are only valid for services from ProHands between the issued and valid until dates indicated on the certificate.

2.  The certificates are not redeemable for cash. You can only use the full amount of the certificate for the purchase of services, no cashback is offered under any circumstances. If you would like to use the certificate for purchase smaller than the amount showed on the certificate, new certificate will be issued for the remaining amount with no cash-back offered. The new certificate will have the original 'valid until' date and can only be used by the same person as the original certificate. 

3.  ProHands is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates. Anyone presenting the original gift certificate will be able to use it. If the gift certificate has been used (the number of gift certificate is recorded by us), it cannot be used again under any circumstances. We cannot replace any lost gift certificate.

4.  The original gift certificates must be presented of the time of purchase. 

5.  Any number of gift certificates can be purchased and used as a form of payment. 

6.  Gift certificates can be used for any services ProHands are normally offering. ProHands is charging a miniumum of 4 hours of work.
