Colour Consultancy                                                       $240

Local

Interior or Exterior

The walls of our houses make up the most colour – so why not get it right!

A one hour consultation at your home where we discuss what colours will work the best with all the finishes you have in your home. This is followed by a written Design Plan including samples where possible gives you a clear direction for your home makeover.

Consider the cost of painting your home… getting it right is worth it!

 

Mini Design                                                                         $290

Planning small changes in your home?

Need to choose a new floor, the right fabric for your blinds & how to arrange furniture in your home?

A one hour consultation in your home, selecting the finishes & making sure they are the right ones for your home long term. This includes many design ideas of ways to better use the spaces in your home, where artwork should be placed, required lighting, décor selection & just talking through concerns or questions you may have.

Included is a written Design Plan with samples when required to make sure you have all the answers for your renovation or home makeover.

The Mini Design covers up to 3 selections. Larger projects are considered the Maxi Design or big projects can be quoted the time of consultation.

Consider how much it will cost if you get it wrong. Having an experienced opinion is worth the small fee.

 

Maxi Design                                                                        $490

Alike the Mini Design, the Maxi Design is to help you with the selection of finishes for your home. This covers over 3 selections, including Design Ideas, Paint Colours, Blinds, Flooring, Lighting & Décor. It’s the best way to know it will all work before the renovation even starts!

Included is a written Design Plan with samples, laying out all the changes to occur. This Design Plan can be handed over directly to tradespeople for quoting or construction.
The Maxi Design covers from 3 to 8 selections, giving you all the answers you need!

 

Kitchen Design                                                              from $800 – $950

Do you need a new kitchen?

Is yours not working the way you need it to, maybe need to move the layout around & add more storage?

Starting with a one hour consultation to discuss what you need & take measurements. You then receive scaled drawings, showing the exact sizing of every part, ready for cabinetmakers or builders to quote from. Perspective drawings are added to show how it will look overall.

This includes a written Design Plan with the colours & detailed. Benchtop, cabinetry, splashback & wall colour samples are supplied where possible for your records.

Bathroom Design                                                        from $450 – $600

Local

Are you renovating your bathroom? Want to move things around but not sure if it will work?

I meet with you in your home & discuss what you want from your bathroom or ensuite. You then receive scaled drawings of your room with the fixtures in place & perspective drawings of how it will look when you walk in. This includes with the new tiles, wall colours, vanity & lighting.

A written Design Plan is included detailing all the information on the tiles, vanity finishes & selected basins, toilets & tapware.

Travel                                                                                  .66 c per km

Outside the Albury/Wodonga Area

I happily service the wider Albury / Wodonga region, with many clients in Beechworth, Rutherglen, Yackandandah, Wangaratta, Mount Beauty, Corryong, Corowa, Bright & Wagga.

The Australian Tax Office requirement for consultant travel is .66 per km to & from the site. All pricing is based on Albury CBD at the base, & travel charge I just added to you choice of package above.

You may live out of town but want those paint samples & Design Plan to base your decisions on. Not a problem. With Australian Express Post I can post the flat Design Pack to your choice of Australian address.

Have a café, office or showroom to design? Or does the exterior of your building need attention?

We start with a one hour consultation to ascertain your plans for the business & what you want it to say to the general public. This may be all which is required depending on the size of the project, but for larger projects I can then organise a quote for my services past the initial meeting. All invoices include GST & can be made to the business name for tax purposes.

Included is a written Design Plan with samples when required to make sure you have all the answers for your renovation or home makeover.
